Raiden flux

Raiden flux DEFAULT

This Raiden Flux build is my favorite and here is why:

Top tree arcstrider has a lot of great synergy with the Raiden Flux exotic. The double damage after dodging and the increased duration makes it the best roaming super in the entire game. With the (underrated) Raiden Flux the super does so much damage it melts barrier champions. The melee stunlocks bosses and (barrier) champions, so they cant stomp you (or pull up their shield), while your team can shoot them easily. If you pair the melee with a 1-2 punch shotgun, you can also do insane burst damage that makes the lament look like a rusty razor. Double dynamo and distribution gives you ~1/10 of your super back each dodge. Dodging returns your melee, melees return your dodge, so basically there is an infinite cycle of regenning all your abilities. Energy converter x 5, elemental charge and elemental light lets you create wells with your super. The more wells you pick up the more super energy you get back up to 45%, after you throw your grenade once your super is out. The wells also recharge your grenade, so yet another infinite loop. Pairing this with the dynamo and distribution mods, you can get your OP super back in around 10-40 seconds, depending on the amount of enemies nearby (the more the merrier). I tested this build on master and Grandmaster level nightfalls and its freaking insane. Every encounter you can get your super back around three times at least. Imo, one of the most synergetic builds in the game. Protip: only use the heavy palm blast on champions, not adds, it will save you a lot of unwanted super drain. One of the best things as well. Its not dependant on any artifact mod, so you can run this build every season to come. Thoughts? Or do you maybe have a build you want to share?

Destiny 2 Xur Exotics – Trinity Ghoul, Sanguine Alchemy, and Raiden Flux

Destiny 2 Xur

Xur is back in Destiny 2, hanging out in the Tower Hangar behind the former Dead Orbit vendor. The Exotic vendor will be available until the weekly reset tomorrow and has quite the interesting selection. First off is Trinity Ghoul, an Energy combat bow that costs 29 Legendary Shards.

It fires an arrow that splits when released – scoring precision kills triggers “Lightning Rod” which causes the next shot to chain lightning between foes. What makes the weapon truly spectacular is its Catalyst since it allows Lightning Rod to activate from any Arc damage final blow. This essentially provides constant uptime for the trait and gives it excellent mob-clear capabilities.

The Exotic gear available this week includes Raiden Flux (Hunter chest), One-Eyed Mask (Titan helm) and Sanguine Alchemy (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Raiden Flux is well worth picking up for Arcstriders since chaining together hits with Arc Staff increases its damage and duration. One-Eyed Mask used to be incredible overpowered but has been nerfed significantly, no longer highlighting enemies through walls, providing a damage boost and so on.

More Destiny 2 news will be revealed tomorrow with Bungie’s next showcase so stay tuned. The developer already confirmed new details for The Witch Queen and Season of the Lost (which sees Mara Sov return). Future content has also leaked for upcoming content – check that out here.

Is Raiden flux good?

Is Raiden flux good?

Raiden Flux is great as it extends our super time, allowing our hunters to roam around PVE activities, cause big damage and clear out a bunch of smaller enemies. The following is a Raiden Flux Hunter PVE build in Destiny 2.

Do exotic engrams level with you?

Exotic Engrams, however, will scale with you until the hard cap of 350.

How often do prime engrams drop?

Prime Engrams drop after around 16 blue engrams (or 6 legendary engrams). Yellow bar bosses count for about 20 normal kills so farming them can make this faster. Approximately every 6th boss kill is a blue, approx 18th kill is a legendary, and 100th kill is a prime.

Can you get exotic engrams from Crucible?

The easiest way to get Exotic engrams from Crucible (and from PvE) is to pop a Three of Coins. This will give you a buff that gives you a vastly increased chance of getting an Exotic the next time you finish a Crucible match or kill an “Ultra” in PvE.

What to do with Prime engrams?

Instead, Prime Engrams go directly into the Engram slot, have a white glow in the center (similar to a Powerful Engram), can only be decrypted at a Cryptarch, and will hopefully grant a piece of gear at a higher Power level than the item in the slot for which it dropped.

Do prime engrams level with you?

Prime engrams drop at whatever level you currently are… They do not cap at 950.

How high do prime engrams go?

Are prime engrams pinnacle?

Until you reach 1000 power, ‘Pinnacle (+!) ‘ rewards (Gambit, Vanguard Strike and Clan XP rewards) and Prime Engrams/Powerful rewards are essentially the same thing. They will drop at your current Gear Power score plus 1 to 3..

Does Garden of salvation drop Pinnacle gear in beyond light?

Garden of Salvation did not drop any chest loot or pinnacle gear, wtf.

Does gambit drop powerful gear?

Powerful Gear drops as well as these smaller ones will both increase your power up to 1,250. You can also randomly get Powerful drops from ranking up in Gambit and competitive Crucible, so while playing those modes, do your best to win so that you can boost your rewards even further.

Does Garden of salvation give powerful gear?

Additionally, some sources for Powerful and Pinnacle rewards have changed, so don’t expect the Garden of Salvation to offer top tier gear.

What is the max power level in Destiny 2 beyond light?

What is the fastest way to level up in Destiny Season 2?

Here’s how to level your battle pass as quickly as possible with some handy hints.

  1. Use an XP Mod.
  2. Earn XP Bonuses.
  3. Play Weekly.
  4. Complete Bounties.
  5. Complete Weekly Challenges.

What should I spend my exotic cipher on?

What To Spend Exotic Ciphers On

  • Eriana’s Vow: A must-have for Master-tier PvE content.
  • Ace of Spades/Thorn/The Last Word: Any of these three Hand Cannons are top-tier in PvP. Ace is better suited for PvE, while Thorn and The Last Word truly shine in the Crucible.
  • Anarchy: This is the best PvE Heavy Exotic in the game.

"It's hard, in this age, for any warrior to find their inner peace. Our constant state of struggle breeds chaos, in the world and in our hearts. The Raiden Flux channels that chaos, regulates it by mapping and defining the wearer's true spiritual centre. It is science merged with belief and the healing power of one's own natural energies. But there is more. The Raiden Flux is an amplifier of those energies. It seeks the spark in you and bolsters its charge, redirecting your innermost power that it may serve as an extension of your will. The staff then acts as a conduit through which one may forcibly deliver peace when such an action is required. This seems a contradiction, to be sure. It is not. Because at its heart, peace defines war and peace is war's end."

Destiny 2: How to Get the Raiden Flux Exotic Hunter Chest Armor

How to Get the Raiden Flux Exotic Hunter Chest Armor in Destiny 2

While there are plenty of exotic gear that make a comeback in Destiny 2, there are also several new exotics to collect. One of the new exotics in the shooter is the Raiden Flux Hunter chest armor, which is geared towards the Arcstrider subclass.

The Raiden Flux exotic Hunter chest armor is great to have if you want to maximize the Arcstrider’s super-move. Not only does it strengthen your attacks, it also extends the super move’s duration. Additionally, it comes with a mod that allows Arc subclass users to recharge their abilities faster. Below is the full description for the Raiden Flux’s perk and armor mod.

  • Synapse Junctions: Quick successive attacks with Arc Staff increase its damage output and duration.
  • Class abilities recharge faster when using an Arc subclass.

The Raiden Flux exotic armor also allows players to choose between two mods. The Plasteel Reinforcement mod increases your resilience while the Restorative Mod boosts your recovery.

This exotic armor is one of the rewards from Sloane upon completing the Riptide mission on Titan. If you chose another exotic armor or simply want one with a better defense stat, don’t fret. You have a chance to randomly get the Raiden Flux by leveling vendors, participating in (Heroic) Public events, participating in the Crucible, and completing the weekly Milestones (Nightfall, Call to Arms, Flashpoint, Clan EXP).

Raiden Flux Makes Arc Staff a DPS Monster - Destiny 2 Exotics

Your chat (FB/Discord/Web-site) is the control panel for your orders. You send us your question and our support team finds an answer. We keep things easy! Let’s take a closer look.

To ensure the order is done correctly and in time we:

  • Find the right player or team
  • Give him or them the order details
  • Set up a convenient interaction between you and the player(s)

What happens after the payment?

The order starts after your payment is confirmed. After that the support team connects to your chat:

  • First, they clarify the order details and specify your wishes (stream/convenient playing schedule/etc.)
  • Then they assign unique tags to your order, depending on what needs to be done (PvP/PvE/etc.)
  • From then on, the support team is responsible for your order until it is completed

Time to find the player(s)!

What do you mean by “find a player”? Aren’t they ready?

LFcarry is a massive platform where we invite only the best PRO-players. We cannot let them sit idle – otherwise, they will get bored and leave to look for other work.

To mitigate this, we assign players as soon as an order arrives on our platform. Each order has an estimated completion date, we set up orders so that they go one after another. This rule works without exceptions and helps make both customers and players happy.

Finding a player:

  • Each pro player in our system has tags which are based on his skills and successfully completed orders (PvP/PvE/etc.)
  • These are the same tags that we use for orders
  • Players whose tags match the tags of your order receive a notification - a new order has appeared
  • Those who are interested, respond. Now we have a shortlist of suitable players
  • The support team checks each player’s profile and approves the player who fits best
  • The rest of the players remain on the list as potential replacements in case you want to replace your first player

Important: Players only see the order’s title and description. They don't see your personal information (name, mail, etc.) until the support team approves them for your order.

How do I know if everything is ready? Do I need to ask for updates?

  • You will receive a notification as soon as a player is assigned to your order
  • Our support team reveals to the player your order details and information
  • Our support team connects your chat with the player’s chat – now you can contact them directly as well

We are ready to start!

During the service:

  • You receive a notification from the player(s) each time they start or end a game session – you don't need to ask for updates
  • Our support team is always online and ready to answer your questions
  • You will also receive a notification when your order is finished and an invitation to review us on Trustpilot

Who is the support team you are talking about?

They are Petra Venj, Lord Shaxx, Lord Saladin, Xur, Ana Bray, Uldren Sov and others who don't enjoy the attention as much. Interesting mix, right? Keeping them all together is hard, but very worth it.

They have one thing in common though – their goal is to support you 24/7, regardless of time zones, holidays and seasons.

Now discussing:

Destiny 2 - Raiden Flux Exotic Chest Armor

Guardians can get through a lot of Destiny 2 by mixing and matching subclasses and armor without much care as to how they complement each other. There’s typically someone in your fireteam who will carry you through, or your base power is high enough that you can brute force your way to victory. However, there will come a time when your choices do matter, and where making the wrong one means you don’t finish the activity you’re attempting. This will often come in the form of a prestige difficulty. Because they are often viewed as the weakest class, I wanted to focus on the Hunter and their Raiden Flux exotic chest armor, a deadly combination that can turn the tides in some of the most intense moments Destiny 2 has to offer.

Raiden Flux Exotic Chest Armor

The point of an exotic weapon or armor piece is that it comes with an intrinsic perk that offers the player a bonus that standard legendary gear lacks. In the case of the Raiden Flux, the intrinsic perk is called Synapse Junctions, which makes quick successive attacks with Arc Staff increase its damage output and duration. The Arc Staff super ability that benefits from Raiden Flux requires the Arcstrider subclass. If you’re not using the Arcstrider subclass, there is zero reason to use the Raiden Flux, unless you just think it looks cool.

The two standard perks that you can configure your Raiden Flux with are the Plasteel Reinforcement Mod and the Restorative Mod. Your choice here will either increase the amount of damage you can take or how quickly recover after taking it. That’s a guide for another day, though. Choose whatever you wish or whatever complements your build the best.

The Raiden Flux and Arcstrider subclass pair very well with the Way of the Warrior skill tree when you’re configuring your subclass. This is mainly because, after dodging during your Arc Staff super ability, your hits will cause a lightning aftershock that will damage nearby enemies. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s one more thing you can do to get the most out of your Arc Staff.

When to Use Raiden Flux

Unlike my breakdown of the Celestial Nighthawk, the Raiden Flux is a bit more subjective in terms of when to use it. For example, Raiden Flux and Arcstrider can struggle to be effective in the Crucible due to how easily it can be countered. Golden Gun, Fists of Havoc, Daybreak, Nova Bomb, and Sentinel Shield are all effective counters to Arc Staff. Even the Shadowshot can neutralize it. If you can get in close to a group of opposing players, though, you can do some damage. The problem here is that there are only ever four enemies on the opposing team. The likelihood that you can find and kill them all is low. Even then, why do you need to extend the duration of Arc Staff? You’d be better off running Knucklehead Radar so you can see enemies on your mini map while you ADS (aim down sight).

When you get to PvE situations, Arc Staff is far more effective when paired with Raiden Flux, especially if you are faced with large groups of enemies. With Raiden Flux equipped, quick successive hits with Arc Staff increase its damage and extend its duration. Find enough enemies and this can cause Arc Staff to last a very long time. Add the Way of the Warrior skill tree, do a bit of dodging to close the gap, and the area you are in becomes a giant mess of Arc lightning and death.

My favorite uses for Arc Staff and Raiden Flux is in the Leviathan raid. In the Castellum, while defending the standards, you can demolish the Cabal attackers when things get crazy. It’s also very good during the Pleasure Gardens section. One Arc Staff super ability while you have Raiden Flux equipped can take down a Royal Beast. You can strike the Royal Beast over and over, increasing the damage each time, and causing the duration to extend. This is an excellent alternative for Hunters who might not have the Curtain Call rocket launcher.

How to Get the Raiden Flux

Getting Raiden Flux is quite easy to do. After you complete Riptide, a main story mission on Titan, it will be offered as a reward by Sloane. She’ll let you choose between that, Lucky Pants and the Mechaneer’s Tricksleeves. The Power level that it drops at will be comparable to your overall Power at the time, so you’ll need to infuse it to keep it relevant when you compete in the raid or weekly Nightfall.

If you missed getting Raiden Flux during the campaign, acquiring it requires you to either get an exotic engram and get lucky on what drops, or to have it pop from an NPC while receiving a powerful engram. There is no quest that you can complete to get this chest armor, so playing naturally as the Hunter is your best bet. There’s always the chance that Xur will have it in stock, but you’re likely going to have to spend some time farming for exotic engrams.

Now that you have a good idea why you should be aiming to get the Raiden Flux exotic chest armor, be sure to visit the Shacknews Destiny 2 complete strategy guide. We play a lot of Destiny 2, and we’ll keep working through every inch of the game to help you become a more effective Guardian.
