  • Stainless Steel Positive Locking Ties are designed for high heat applications. These ties are thicker than our standard stainless ties and feature locking teeth for a secure fit. They are great for securing exhaust wrap or any place a high-strength tie is needed. UV and corrosion resistant they will last for many years under severe use.

  • Titanium exhaust wrap, with LR Technology, is made from pulverized lava rock and stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. Titanium wrap is engineered to be stronger than most wraps and more durable for improved thermal performance and reliability. Perfect for any automotive or motorcycle application! Withstands 1800˚F direct/2500˚F intermittent heat Promotes increased flow for improved performance Reduces temperature & vibration breakdown Extremely pliable for a tight and secure wrap DEI HT Silicone Coating not required Pre-wetting roll not necessary for wrapping Hi-tech carbon fiber look High resistance to abrasions, oil spills, temperatures and vibration breakdown NOTE: Design Engineering HT Silicone Coating spray is NOT recommended for DEI Titanium wrap. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the exhaust wrap. Be aware of this before you decide to remove the wrap. Note about Titanium Exhaust Systems: DEI does NOT recommend wrapping Titanium exhausts. The alloys used in the production of titanium exhaust systems tend to be thin and are designed to dissipate heat quickly. By wrapping the exhaust, the additional heat can make the titanium alloy turn brittle and prone to premature cracking. DEI recommends using alternatives such as our flexible heat shields when seeking to reduce the heat on titanium exhaust systems.

The upgraded construction builds on the strengths of existing DEI Shields, but adds more rigidity with a cleaner look. Being flexible, these shields can be adjusted to fit a range of diameters. They work great as OEM replacements, over exhaust wrap, or even doubling up existing metal heat shields for the ultimate protection. Each shield uses our reliable stainless standoff bracket and includes mounting hardware for easy installation. They are currently available in either Titanium Series™ (bronze color) ONYX Series™ (black) finish. In addition, the stainless trim plate can be polished or powder coated to match individual tastes. DEI, a market leader in thermal protection, has introduced a revolutionary advancement in pipe shield technology that greatly outperforms Mylar-backed glass fiber shields. DEI’s Titanium Pipe Shield combines the high heat tolerance of DEI’s proprietary LR fiber technology with a unique rivet-based clamp shield design to improve heat dissipation and cooling. Glass fiber shields can begin to fail at 900°F with the Mylar outer material cracking and flaking off. DEI’s Titanium Pipe Shield provides heat protection up to 1350°F. LR fiber technology is a two-ply material. The outer layer is made from pulverized and stranded lava rock into a proprietary tightly woven weave for durability and strength. The inside material is made of a special high temperature resistant fabric (89% silica) designed to withstand 350 degrees more heat than glass fiber. This proprietary fiber technology combined with DEI’s unique shield standoff bracket design provides an air gap between the shield and pipe that together provides the maximum potential for cooling and heat dissipation. With the strategic placement of DEI’s Titanium Pipe Shield near transmissions, brake lines, floorboards, body panels, diesel exhaust stacks or motorcycle pipes, radiant heat can be controlled for maximum protection and performance. Other uses include isolated areas such as sections of the exhaust pipe after the collector, an area that can heat transmission fluid, or along the path of an exhaust system in proximity of gas tanks, differentials and rear facias. The shield is designed for multiple automotive applications as well as marine, powersports, diesel and industrial applications where heat dissipation and thermal control is needed. RIPPER DYNO TEST, STOCK VS HACKER CUSTOM EXHAUST. This test was run by a Victory dealer using a stock airbox with vented cover and stage I remap.

NOTE;Our Ripper's, Joker's, Lake pipes, SOB's, Track-Tuned Headers and even our Zoomies bolt up WITHOUT a frame cut, or oil cooler modifications...Most brands other than ours require the frame to be cut or oil cooler mods for proper fitment, this includes Victory pipes! Dealers asked us to produce pipes that were a simple bolt up install without frame or oil cooler mods.. THIS WE HAVE DONE!. Dealers have stated our pipes are simply the easiest to install!
