Agile is a group of software development methods based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organising, cross-functional teams.

While agile is mainly an approach to project manage software development, it is increasingly being used in different products and solutions to bring about greater efficiency.

This method assists teams in responding to the unpredictability of constructing products.

The three main types of Agile methodologies are:

  1. Scrum
  2. Extreme Programming (XP)
  3. Lean

Each methodology has its own unique features and approaches that can be applied to your products and operations.
